1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Fantasy Matchup Edge website, including our projections, rankings, statistics, tools and editorial content. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly.
2. Projections are forecasts, not guarantees
Fantasy sports are uncertain. FME projections are model-based estimates of possible future outcomes, not promises of what will happen. Football line-ups, injuries, tactical changes, substitutions, red cards, weather, data revisions and ordinary randomness can all materially change a result.
Where a projection is labelled IF STARTS, it is conditional on that player starting the match unless we explicitly say otherwise. It should not be read as a prediction that the player will start.
3. No financial, investment or gambling advice
Nothing on FME is financial, investment, betting or gambling advice. Sorare cards and other digital assets can rise or fall in value, and prize structures can change. If you choose to spend money on a third-party fantasy platform, you do so at your own discretion and risk.
4. Third-party platforms and trademarks
Fantasy Matchup Edge is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by the Premier League, Fantasy Premier League or Sorare unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Names, logos, screenshots, trademarks and other third-party material remain the property of their respective owners. References to third-party platforms are used to identify and discuss those services. Your use of FPL, Sorare or any other third-party service is also governed by that service’s own terms.
5. Accuracy and availability
We work to keep the site accurate and current, but data can be delayed, corrected or incomplete and the site may occasionally be unavailable. Always check the freshness timestamp on live data pages and verify time-sensitive information where it matters to your decision.
6. Intellectual property and permitted use
Unless stated otherwise, FME’s original written content, site design, graphics and proprietary model outputs are owned by or licensed to Fantasy Matchup Edge. You may use the site for normal personal, non-commercial fantasy-football research. Republishing, scraping or commercially redistributing substantial parts of FME content or proprietary outputs without permission is not allowed.
This does not claim ownership of third-party facts, statistics, trademarks or material owned by their original rights holders.
7. Links to other websites
FME links to third-party sites for convenience, sources and further information. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their availability, content, security or privacy practices.
8. Limitation of responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FME is provided on an “as available” basis and we are not responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on projections, rankings, editorial opinions or third-party information published on or linked from the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Changes to the site or these terms
FME is an evolving product. We may add, remove or change features, methodology, page structures or these terms. The latest version will be published on this page.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
